Women's Workout and Fitness Center was founded in Norfolk, Va., in 1989 when owner Faye Waters realized a need for women to have their own space to workout in a relaxed environment and enjoy regular exercise.
Since then, we have served hundreds of women in the Hampton Roads area as a full-service fitness center including group and aqua aerobics classes, child care center, pool, sauna and the latest in state-of-the-art weight training.
