Class Descriptions:

Curves - 60 second circuit training! This class alternates muscular strength and cardiovascular activities. Appropriate for seniors as well as those new to exercise.

Weigh Hard Cardio - You'll have your hands full in this non-stop, easy-to-follow class using light weights that you'll never put down. All levels welcome.

Low & Tone - Increase your daily energy level with this easy-on-your-joints workout! This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular system, strength, flexibility, range of motion and ability to perform functional activities. Appropriate for seniors as well as those new to exercise.

Bellydance - is designed for the female body with an emphasis on abdominal muscles, hip moves and chest moves. Easy movements, drawn from Middle Eastern dance, will inspire (and work) your heart and body. Finish with a cool- down and stretch to leave refreshed and glowing. Your whole outlook will change when you shake, shimmy and undulate. Class is performed with bare feet. All levels welcome.

Cardio Funk - Add hip hop to your traditional low impact class! You will have so much fun you won't believe you're working out! All levels welcome.

Zumba - fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®! All levels welcome.

Zumba Tone - This class teaches you how to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones. All levels welcome.

Latino Groove - Salsa, Mambo, or Cha-Cha these are just a few of the dance moves that you'll learn in this "Sizzling Hot" Latino Workout! All levels welcome.

Beginner Kickboxing - This class will teach you correct form for kicks and punches. It will also teach you how to use your core muscles to improve posture and relieve back pain. All levels welcome.

Kickboxing - is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating! It's a non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics. All levels welcome.

Baby Steps - Learn the basics of Step Reebok techniques while incorporating muscle conditioning. Beginners only.

Step One - Time to put your best skills to the test! You've learned the basic moves, now enjoy them in combinations with power moves! Soon you will be on your way to Step 2. Recommended for intermediate to advanced participants.

Step Two - Suited for the experienced stepper. This powerful class includes creative combinations at a faster tempo. Recommended for advanced participants.

Step Interval - Boost your calorie burning power! Class format consists of Step 2 alternating with intense bursts of 60 sec. interval activity followed by intervals of weight training. Recommended for advanced participants.

Spinning- is a non impact, individually paced aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationery bicycle. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of a fun outdoor cycling workout! All levels welcome.

AB-Attack - Combination of standing & floor AB work. All levels welcome.

Belly, Butt & Thighs - Focus on your lower half in this belly-busting booty shaping class! All levels welcome.

Body Flex - The perfect union of muscle and music. This weight training class consists of using variable weight Pilatesates to work through ten songs each dedicated to conditioning a major muscle group for five minutes. All levels welcome.

Angles & Curves - A power packed class that focuses on deep muscle strengthening using free weights, tubing, Body Flex bars, stability balls and your own body weight. All levels welcome.

Pilates - Pilates is based on a set of mind-body principles that condition the body by emphasizing proper alignment, concentration, breathing and other criteria that demand mental and physical focus. The underlying principles of method include concentration, precision, control, breathing and flowing. All levels welcome.

Specialty Classes with Additional Cost:

Aqua Boot Camp w/Ronnie - SLIM DOWN WITHOUT BREAKING A SWEAT! Jump into the liquid machine and transform your body in this extra HIGH intensity, Kick bootie class! Designed as cross training for 'FIT" individuals and those in Aqua who want to take it up a notch in their exercise program. Class consist of  Aquaboxing, Aquarunning drills, butt blasting kickboard work, and Aqua Zumba or Yoga cooldowns . Hit the pool deck for push ups, squats, abs and lots more! SHOES ARE A MUST FOR THIS CLASS. This class is NOT for beginners. (60 min.)
