Aqua Aerobics Classes - For all levels of fitness. Beginners and members with most medical conditions or limitations are welcome. Our well-trained instructors will show and tell you how to cater the workout to your condition or fitness level. You will learn the basics of aquatic techniques while incorporating muscle conditioning and abs. You will also improve your cardiovascular endurance as you power your way through the fat blasting workouts. Additionally, the instructors will show and teach you how to challenge yourself by changing your workout to continue to see good results and feel wonderful.

Class Etiquette

  1. All participants must shower before entering the pool.
  2. During scheduled classes, individual workouts are a distraction and not permitted.
  3. Limit personal conversations during class.
  4. Utilize locker room to store personal items.
  5. Long hair must be put up or use a shower cap.
  6. Aqua shoes must have WHITE bottoms ONLY.
